Please meet Patricia!

This is 14 year old Patricia! She was such a trooper during her photo shoot! She did whatever was asked of her. She would have stood on her head if we asked her to, but then again, that would have been easy for her because she is an amazing gymnast! She brought with her an amazing variety of colorful outfits.  I could not have been more pleased and creativity was flowing! Rather than run out of time to shoot (we all could have gone all night) we ran out of natural outdoor light so we were forced to call it quits! At the end of the outdoor shoot, she wanted some gymnastic action shots so we took it indoors! Sports photography is definitely a challenge for me, but it was fun, and I look forward to doing more!

When I came across this photo to do some minor editing, I could not believe the sky was just as pink as her dress!  What are the odds of that!!

Please meet Alexis!

This is our neighbor's daughter, 7 year old Alexis!  She is so sweet and her and my Quinn are best friends! Not only do I like taking pictures, but I also play piano.  One day, Alexis came over to ask me if I would teach her to play.  So now, every Saturday morning, Alexis walks across the street to my house for her piano lesson!  She is a delight to teach and is such a natural!

Please meet Aly!

This is 15 year old Aly!  Aly was a little nervous when we started our photo session, but at the end she said "that was fun!" which is what I love to hear!! This was a trial for her, to see what she thought about modeling, so we didn't have much of a wardrobe to work with.  She said she would like to do another photo shoot in the Fall. which is fine with me!  Next time, we plan to add a lot of color in her wardrobe!!
